Manchurian Lamb Hotpot

Best lamb hotpot I’ve had in SG! Ingredients were fresh and the broth was very flavorful. This place is quite authentic, be aware some waiters don’t speak English. So bring your Chinese friend or google translate.

Love the kebabs n bbq lamb ribs! Was apprehensive picking the Lamb n fish stew as soup base since both meats are gamey but that's the only non-spicy soup base so we took that. It came out well. Coriander tasted especially well with the soup too. Haaa! Lamb meatballs are kinda strong smelling. Everything else are good. Service is great too! 八宝茶 refills, extra bowls, extra chopsticks, extra spoons. All promptly attended to. Picture of the group is well taken too. Thank you! O yes, a bowl of longevity noodles was on the house for our bday girl. Had a great meal!

Very delicious bbq lamb ribs, hotpot soup broth is very nice too. Except the vegetables meant for the hotpot came very late after a few times of asking after we finished all the lamb spine in the hotpot. Prices are slightly on the higher side especially the cold dishes costing at $8. We spent $400 for a meal of 4 pax. Beer are cheap, 4 at $22. A nice place to try out especially for those trying lamb for the first time. Will definitely revisit but not often.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!! From the first try, the food here captured my heart!!! Yes, it’s one of my favorite places thus far after almost a year of living in Singapore (I dine out a lot)! Lamb milk tea, lamb hotpot, lamb belly in mala sauce…. Everything here is phenomenal! Service is amazing! Very friendly staff!!! Quick & caring service! Highly recommended!!!!

We love lamb and mutton dish but have never tried going to a mutton or lamb based restaurant before. Their lamb leg (whole) was delicious and so as their lamb soup. Of all, there is this dish which looks like lambs testicles but in fact it's lamb meat wrapped in its stomach and it's also very interesting. I definitely recommend others to try a full lamb feast here.

A native style Manchurian restaurant. Native diners sing highly of this rest. lamb rack bbq This is a must try dish for all diners. Lamb is tender, juicy and well seasoned. lamb offal Offal lovers must try this dish. Sheep tripe n stomach were boiled in pure water, but with sauce they will become delicious. Diners can taste both the original flavor and the seasoning. sheep stomach stuffed with meat This is a very native dish. Both stomach and inside meat are eatable, but my stupid friend thought only the meat inside can eat. The food here is decent and well seasoned. After 6years trying, I still like this rest. Will visit it again for sure.

Chinese Lamb concept restaurant at Chinatown area. One of my best Lamb place in Singapore. Many kinds of Skewer food and it is nice. Grilled Lamb is also very delicious. I recommend that to visit here with some friends instead of 2 pax because you can try many kind of food. 2 pax can try only few items. And I love their lamb hotpot with green pepper (fresh Ma-La), the soup was amazing. Beer promo is also working well, staffs are good, friendly, higher standard. But English speakers are only few, so if you are foreigner it might be little tough to order sometimes. Even if there is minus point like this, you will enjoy here. I’ll be back !
